As a technical sales leader, I specialized in bridging the gap between complex data center solutions and tangible business growth. My approach is centered on empowerment and education; I developed and delivered a comprehensive training program for new data center battery testing technology that directly resulted in a $20M increase in sales. My role involved managing the sales of sophisticated infrastructure software, providing deep technical guidance to on-site technicians, and communicating with engineers on detailed specifications to process RFQs.
